Roller Test Stand

These test stands are made to high standards out of sturdy aluminum profile.

The hookup to the track is inside, so the good looks of the unit is not destroyed by ugly wires.

The aluminum is of a mat silver finish.

It is ideal for locomotive tests, repairs and adjustments but also as a “live” display of Your favorite engine.

It is available in Z, N, HO, HOm, O, I and LGB.

Ideal to break-in a new locomotive which some manufacturers suggest should be done for at least an hour running time under no load.

Extremely close mounted bearings make sure that even the smallest diameter wheels won’t sink below the axle stand surface.

They are adjustable to any number of axles and any axle configuration.

Additional axle stands (all gauges) and track bed extenders (HO only) can be added to run extra long engines.


Speedometer



	A speedometer is available for all test stands. This is a quick and precise method of harmonizing speed step settings of all locomotives with adjustable DCC decoders. It is especially important for locos to run at the same speed throughout its entire speed range when they are used in a consist and are equipped with a back-EMF decoder. Every loco will run at the same speed in all 28 speed steps and allows all of your engines to be added to a consist without the feared derailments.
